
The all new DCH Freehold Toyota service experience
Our new service drive up area has been designed to create a more pleasant experience for our clients. The new service area is now located in the main front building on the right side of the showroom area. For the first time our sales and service areas will be combined. Upon entering our lot, service clients will continue to the right, towards the service drive-through area. You will then make a left turn into one of our 2 service drive entrance doors. As you slowly approach the doors, they will quickly open for you and you can drive in. Upon entering the inside area you will be greeted by one of our service valets. The service valets will do a visual walk around with you to inspect your car and then escort you to your service advisors desk. We will now have a much nicer and more private area for you to sit with your service advisor to discuss your needs. Your service advisor will record your information and either escort you to our waiting area or assist you in making other transportation arrangements as necessary. Our waiting area has been expanded from one single room to 4 different choices. We now have 2 separate general waiting areas, a quiet room for some privacy, a kid's play-room, as well as an outdoor area. In addition, our service area will now be combined with sales so you can easily access our new showroom area.
A valet will bring your car to the designated area, where it will then be dispatched to a certified Toyota technician. Our technicians will perform the work you requested and will also prepare a detailed checklist explaining what work was performed, what may be needed in the future or what may need immediate attention (our advisors will be able to communicate this information by email, text or printed copy).Your service advisor will review all of your options with you and answer all of your questions and concerns. When the maintenance or repairs are complete, your Toyota will go to our on-site car wash to get the exterior washed. A valet will bring your car to the customer parking area and you will leave with your clean newly serviced Toyota.
Our Service Manager Bob Hossler's office is adjacent to the service drive and in close proximity to our service advisors. If you have any questions, concerns or comments, they will be happy to speak with you. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and offer you the best Toyota service experience.
